A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Johan Pilot joined ER Property in August 2007. Driven by his vision to be a trend-setter in terms of sustainable urban development in Mauritius, he shifted roles from Finance Manager to Development Manager before being entrusted with the position of CEO in 2015.

Gaëlle Mousseron holds a master’s degree in employment law and is in charge of all human resources practices at ER Property. She oversees career management, including recruitment and staff training.

Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Australia, and a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, Simon Harel began his career leading a 400-person manufacturing company at the age of 26, a formative experience that shaped his approach to leadership. He first joined Ascencia in 2020 as Asset Manager, learning the business from the ground up, working directly with teams and within the shopping centres themselves, before returning in 2024 as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, he has focused on strengthening the teams, sharpening the company’s competitive edge, and relaunching development, opening a new chapter of regional growth for Ascencia.

At the helm of a team of 20+ experts and professionals across various fields, Samuel de Gersigny is currently in charge of the development of Moka Smart City. He oversees all aspects of the project, including master planning, city governance as well as operations and legal frameworks of this urban ecosystem in the making, in the heart of Mauritius.

Hubert holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from IAE Poitiers, France. Having joined the company in 2015, he previously served as the finance manager for ER Property and Oficea before being appointed as Head of Finance in 2024. Currently leading the finance team overseeing all brands under ER Property, Hubert brings a dynamic and youthful perspective to our team, contributing significantly to our financial success.

Olivier de Spéville graduated from the École Supérieure de Gestion (ESG Paris) with a specialisation in financial management. He joined the ER Property development team in 2016. He is involved in various property projects, including residential developments in the Moka and Gros Bois regions.

Mikaël Le Luron holds a master’s degree in International Management. He started his career with the leading communication groups, Havas and TBWA in Paris before joining the Beachcomber group in Mauritius, where he was head of marketing and e-business for 13 years. He took employment with ER Property in 2016. He is in charge of strategy and leads the marketing and communication teams.

Sebastien de Robillard holds an MBA from IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School & Université Paris-Dauphine. He joined ER Property in 2008, where he was involved in the sale of La Balise Marina, a high-end IRS development for the international market. In March 2020, he became Head of Sales and now heads the sales team for all of ER Property’s residential and commercial projects.
